Refunds



Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We will refund your purchase at your request, under the following circumstances:-

  • You have not received you order within 45 days of our shipping notification*
  • We have received the item back from you.

*Please Note: We ship all our products with trackable shipping. We will not refund delivered items unless they are returned to us. 

You may cancel your order within 24hrs of your purchase by contacting our customer support. If we have already notified you that your order has been shipped, unfortunately we can not cancel your order, but you may return the item for a refund.   

Our policy lasts 30 days after you received your purchase. If 30 days have gone by after you receive your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If this item was a gift, then please give us the purchaser's information. Refunds can only be made back to the original purchaser.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Steps for a Refund:

Use the Contact Us page or send us an email to [email protected] to request a refund. Please indicate the reason for the refund, and whether the item is still in working order. We will reply within 48hrs. Ship your products to us at the following address:-

Please ensure that you write your original order # on the exterior of the package to help us quickly identify it.
 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank/Paypal account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form.


Shipping

We do not charge a restocking fee. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if your item was defective or damaged during original shipping, we will reimburse you for your shipping cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
